CONSENT AGENDA All consent agenda items are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and voted on separately. A. INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION Consider and/or act on Resolution Number 20-R-940 authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement/contract with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. to act as the City of Murphy’s bank depository for five years effective April 1, 2020. Ernie Bannister, Controller
Consider and/or act on the appeal of A&W Surveyors, Inc. for a variance to Section 28.03.006(b)(c), to allow for a flag lot to have only 32.59 feet of roadway frontage, instead of the required 35 feet, with the difference remedied by a 2.5 foot access and utility easement on a separate parcel, on property generally located at 539 S. Consider and/or act on conducting a speed limit study on North and South Murphy Road between Glen Ridge Drive and Glenwood Drive. Chief Arthur Cotten / Police Department.

EXECUTIVE SESSION In accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, the City Council will now recess into Executive Session (closed meeting) to discuss the following: A. §551.071: Consultation with City Attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation: City of Murphy v. Atterbury B. §551.072: Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property re: City-Owned Kinney Property. 12. RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION The City Council will reconvene into Regular Session, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Texas Government Code, to take any action necessary regarding: A. §551.072: Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property re: City-Owned Kinney Property. B. §551.071: Consultation with City Attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation: City of Murphy v. Atterbury
