Consider and take appropriate action regarding (1) a Tender and Substitution Agreement between the City and Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company designating Acadia Services, LLC as the Completion Contractor for the South Maxwell Creek Trunk Sewer Project, and (2) a contract between the City and Acadia Services for the completion of the South Maxwell Creek Project, binding Acadia to the terms of the original Project contract with PC Contractors, approving an amount not to exceed $1,656,763.00 for the Project; and authorizing the Mayor to execute necessary documents.
