Consider and/or act upon Resolution Number 19-R-909 authorizing the City Manager to re-enter into an lnterlocal Agreement between the City of Murphy and the City of Plano for training classes that would commence September 15, 2019, and continue for a period of one year. RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION The City Council will reconvene into Regular Session, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Texas Government Code, to take any action necessary regarding: A. § 551.074 Deliberation regarding the appointment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a Groundkeeper I. 11.
